Dear Tolkien Fellow Nerds,
This is my last post. During this course I have learned a lot!
One of the many useful tools I have learned from this class is the usefulness of technology and how one can communicate through it. Before I use to see technology as a complex tool that only a certain type of people could use. And another lesson I learned is how to utilize the internet better. The internet has everything. If you can find almost everything.
But I also noticed the importance of design in websites. In my opinion the design of the website is more internet that the actual content displayed. If it easy for the viewer to browse and then they will want to explore more. Viewers want the website to be organized and easy to find things. Many times I would find a website and see that there are so many different categories that is was overwhelming to see all the different ones that I would give up on my browsing.
Lastly, one recommendation that I would make is that the teacher could maybe give some more tips on the blogs that we make. For example, on how we could make them better. My favorite part of the class was the website on the Guernica and seeing how the teacher uses their skills in making a very good website.
